Tennessee was a very beautiful place with so many boxes checked. I used to live there when I was younger and absolutely loved the climate, the seasons, hills, trees, creeks, etc. We looked in central and East TN. The best location we could find for nearly every checkbox was around Sneedville, TN in the far upper North East of TN.
