We next looked at Kentucky. It was equally as pretty as TN, a little more deeper seasons, a little cheaper, less taxes and less oversight. We heavily investigated KY, looked at many properties, talked to so many people who lived there. We investigated homeschooling in KY. We spent almost 6 months reasearching, digging in and checking out the nice state of Kentucky.

In the end, we decided against KY. Despite all the effort we put in, we didn’t want to move the girls again without it being the perfect place. So, we decided to stay in the comfort of TX. We had hoped 2010 would be the year we stayed in Texas and were happy.
